What materials do you use for the stickers?

Our stickers are made of high quality vinyl.
There are different types of vinyl available on the market, some of them of lower quality, that implies a risk that color  or shape could change after one year.
We only use the highest quality material and we source it exclusively from  the leading companies in the field.

On what surfaces can I apply the stickers?

Our stickers can be used on many surfaces, provided they are clean and flat: walls, of course, but also glass, aluminum, plastic, PVC, glass fiber or mirrors.
Regarding walls, our stickers can be used on various finishings except for:
- rustic walls or walls not painted
- walls painted but with a rough surface. In this case the Sticker could come off from the wall and you would see the defects of the wall through the vinyl film.

How do I apply the stickers?

We will ship the step by step instructions with your order. In your tube you will also find the application tool (free of charge). For your convenience you can find the instructions also on our website, in the instructions section. For any doubts, do not hesitate to mail us at customercare@sticasa.com.

Can I re-use the stickers?

No, once removed the stickers cannot be re-used. In some cases, small stickers, if removed carefully, can be re-positioned; but we cannot guarantee it.

How do I remove the stickers?

You can remove the stickers manually, lifting a corner with a nail and then removing slowly the stickers.
In some cases, for example when the sticker has been in place for a long time, or it's applied on a glass or mirror or on a fragile surface, it could be more difficult: in this case we recommend to use a blow dryer on the heat position to loosen the sticker bond and then remove it. The vinyl and the glue on its back are designed to be removed without leaving glue marks on the wall. However we cannot guarantee that in specific cases scraps of paint will not remain attached to the sticker. In our experience this only happened when the paint has not been properly applied.

Can I use the stickers in my newborn or toddler room?

When it is off the wall the sticker is not a toy and must be kept away from kids. Once applied the sticker safe. In addition it will adhere to walls strong enough that toddlers or young children should not be capable of removing it on their own.

Does the color I see on my monitor exactly match the colors of the sticker I will receive?

There may be slight differences in the colors you see in the monitor and the real colors of the sticker, due to the different quality and calibration of each monitor.

My sticker is made of different elements, how can I apply them separately?

Normally our stickers are "pre-spaced": this means that they can be applied on the surface as a unique sticker, without the need to re-assemble the various pieces on the surface.
In the case of stickers composed of distinct images (like three separate bees), you are free to
- apply them as we propose, keeping the pre-defined space on the sticker and applying it in a single shot;
- or you can separate the different images: you just need to cut with scissors the area around the various images (making sure you do not cut the vinyl) and then apply the various elements one by one.

I just received the sticker, but I want to apply it later on. Is it possible?

Sure, you can apply it later!
To avoid any problem and maintain it in perfect conditions, we recommend that you take it out from the shipping packaging, unroll it and lay it on a flat surface.

How long should I wait for my sticker

Our stickers are produced one by one, on the basis of your specific color/size/personalization requirements.
The average production lead-time is 3 working days.
Then you need to add the delivery lead-time. FED-EX shipping from Italy to the US and to most of the European countries takes 24 to 48 hours.
When FEDEX collects your package, we will send you a mail with the details of the expected delivery date and the FEDEX code to track your order.
